Membership is required for all United players. A one time Payment of $75.00 is required upon registration. The registration fee covers the uniform and other club expenses. If you are a returning player, please inquire about whether or not this applies. All new players will also need to fill out a medical form and Lindsey's Law, see your coach for details. We will keep the medical form on file for the duration of your play. Lindsey's Law will be required yearly.

Winter Indoor Session I Registration is now CLOSED!!! There are some open spots for certain age groups. Please inquire within if interested in filling one of those slots.
Tournaments: Teams may decide to participate in tournaments. This is an extra cost to the family depending on the cost of registration and travel. Tournaments are always optional.
Scholarships may be available. Please speak to the Director Of Membership for information.
